Who we are
Jincove LLC builds and operates an AI visibility (GEO) platform and related services for agencies, organized in Wyoming with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. This policy explains what information we collect through jincove.com and through direct communication with us, what our platform stores for customers, how we use it, and the choices you have. What we collect through this website
Information you send us. This website has no server-side forms and stores nothing you type. When you request an audit or contact us, you do it by email: the message, your email address, and the website URL you want us to look at go straight to our inbox. We only receive what you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We do not run advertising trackers. With your consent, we run two analytics services — Google Analytics (Google) and PostHog (PostHog, Inc., United States) — which set first-party cookies and receive your IP address, browser details, and referrer; PostHog also records which pages and features you interact with and records sessions with all input fields masked. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland neither loads until you accept analytics cookies in the banner, and declining loads neither; elsewhere both are on by default and no banner is shown. Either way you can turn them off at any time. See our Cookie Policy for the details and how to turn them off.
Local storage. Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
Payments. When you pay for a service, checkout happens on a page hosted by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us the information needed to run the engagement and keep required records: your name, email, the amount, the card brand and last four digits, and billing country. Stripe processes your data under its own privacy policy. Custom engagements may instead be invoiced under a written agreement.
What the platform stores for customers
When you use our monitoring platform under an agreement with us, the platform stores the data needed to deliver the service:
- The prompts and schedules you configure, and the record of each query run.
- The raw answer records returned per run: the verbatim answer text, every cited source, and provider metadata (model, country, whether web search was on).
- Derived signals computed from those records, such as mention and citation booleans - each of which traces back to the stored raw answer.
Each client's data lives in an isolated workspace. We keep run history so you can diff against your own past results; retention terms for a specific engagement are set in the applicable agreement.
How we use it
We use the information you share to run the audit or service you asked for and reply to you; to operate, secure, and improve the website and platform; and to keep records of our correspondence and work with you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Third-party processors
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: website and platform hosting, email, payment processing (Stripe), analytics (Google Analytics and PostHog, the latter processing data in the United States), and a managed AI-scraper provider that our toolchain uses to retrieve answers from public AI answer engines. These providers process data on our behalf, only to deliver those services, and are bound by their own contractual and legal obligations.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics and PostHog): in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland only after you accept them in the banner, and on by default elsewhere. You can turn them off at any time. The only browser storage used regardless of region is the theme preference described above. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to turn them off.
Data retention and deletion
We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to deliver the service and maintain our business records. If you want us to delete your information, email gan@jincove.com and we will remove it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Send your request to gan@jincove.com and we will respond within 30 days.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you have the rights provided by California privacy law, including the right to know, correct, and delete your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the policy.
