Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Jincove LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit https://jincove.com or use our products — ReelWand, FeedForge, and AgentGEO. Our services are business-to-business software delivered as recurring subscriptions and are currently offered in early access. Please read this Policy carefully to understand how we handle your information.
Who we are
Jincove LLC ("Jincove", "we", "us", or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company. For personal data processed in connection with our website and our own business operations, Jincove LLC acts as the data controller.
- Company: Jincove LLC
- Address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
- Privacy contact: gan@jincove.com
When you use our services to process personal data that you or your organization control — for example, prompts, source material, or content you upload — you generally act as the controller of that data and we act as your processor, handling it on your behalf and under your instructions.
What personal data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account and contact information. Name, business email address, company name, job title, username, and password credentials when you create an account or contact us.
- Billing information. Subscription plan, billing contact details, and transaction records. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Jincove does not collect or store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles card data as a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider.
- Content, prompts, and generated outputs. The briefs, prompts, text, images, brand assets, and other inputs you submit to ReelWand and FeedForge, together with the images, video, and short-form content those products generate for you. For AgentGEO, the queries and prompts you submit and the answers, citations, sources, and provider metadata returned.
- Connected social-account data. For FeedForge, when you connect a social media account so we can schedule and publish content on your behalf, we receive and store the access tokens and account identifiers needed to publish to those accounts. We use these credentials only to perform the publishing actions you request.
- Usage and analytics data. Log data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Identifiers and preferences stored on your device, as described in "Cookies and analytics" below.
- Communications. The content of your messages when you contact support, respond to surveys, or correspond with us.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive data, and we ask that you not submit such data through prompts or uploads unless it is necessary and lawful for you to do so.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the website and the ReelWand, FeedForge, and AgentGEO services.
- Create and manage your account and authenticate users.
- Process subscriptions, billing, and payments through Stripe.
- Generate the outputs you request and, for FeedForge, schedule and publish content to your connected social accounts.
- For AgentGEO, submit your queries to third-party AI answer engines and return the results to you.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services, including debugging and preventing abuse or fraud.
- Send service and administrative communications and, where permitted, product updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How AI processing works
Our products rely on AI processing, and it helps to understand what that means for your data.
- ReelWand takes the briefs and prompts you submit and processes them through specialist AI agents to generate on-brand images and video. Your inputs and the resulting outputs are processed to deliver the service you requested.
- FeedForge generates short-form content — such as reactions, slideshows, and avatar or talking-head spots — from your inputs, then schedules and publishes it across the social accounts you have connected, using the access tokens you authorized.
- AgentGEO is an AI answer-engine visibility tool available via MCP and REST API. When you run a query, AgentGEO submits it to third-party AI answer engines — including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, and Copilot — and returns the raw answers, citations, sources, and provider metadata. Queries you submit are transmitted to those third-party providers to obtain results, and their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
To provide these AI features, we use third-party AI and cloud infrastructure providers that process your inputs and outputs on our behalf as service providers. We do not use your prompts, content, or generated outputs to train our own or third parties' general-purpose AI models, except as necessary to provide the service to you or with your consent.
Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the services, manage your account, and process payments.
- Legitimate interests — to secure, operate, analyze, and improve our services, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with business customers, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent — for certain cookies, analytics, marketing communications, and, for FeedForge, connecting and publishing to your social accounts. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws, tax and accounting requirements, and lawful requests.
How we share personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data only as described here:
- Service providers and sub-processors. We use vendors to operate our services, in categories including cloud hosting and infrastructure, AI processing providers, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers process personal data on our behalf under contract and only for the purposes we specify.
- Payment processing. We share billing and transaction data with Stripe to process card payments.
- Social platforms. For FeedForge, we transmit the content you schedule to the social platforms you have connected, in order to publish it as you direct.
- AI answer engines. For AgentGEO, we transmit your queries to the third-party answer engines listed above to obtain results.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose personal data to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Jincove, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States and primarily process data there. Our customers and end users may be located in the EU, UK, and California. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States or other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the services, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it is processed. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your data as described under your rights below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. These include access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to personal data to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to children and are not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us at gan@jincove.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your rights under GDPR and UK GDPR
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data, subject to applicable law:
- Access — obtain confirmation of and a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing.
- Restriction — request that we limit processing in certain circumstances.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
- Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us at gan@jincove.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Where required by Article 27 of the GDPR or UK GDPR, we will designate a representative in the EU and/or UK. If you need the details of a designated representative, please contact us at gan@jincove.com.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA:
- Right to know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Jincove does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information in this sense, there is no need to opt out, but you retain the right to make such a request.
Opt-out preference signals. Where required, we honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Because we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CPRA, these signals do not change our practices, but we will treat a valid signal as a request where it applies.
To exercise these rights, contact us at gan@jincove.com. We will verify your request and may ask for information to confirm your identity. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how our services are used. We use both strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the site to function, and analytics cookies, which help us measure and improve performance. Our analytics providers act as service providers that process this data on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where applicable, through any cookie controls we provide. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.
Third-party links
Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, and services, including the social platforms and AI answer engines our products connect to. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal data.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice as appropriate, such as by email or a notice within the services. Your continued use of the services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
