Terms and Conditions

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Jincove LLC ("Jincove", "we", "us"). By using jincove.com, our platform, or engaging our services, you accept them. If you engage us under a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

What we provide

Jincove provides AI visibility (GEO) services and software for agencies:

  • Services: audits of what AI answer engines say about a brand, ongoing monitoring, gap remediation work, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any paid engagement are defined in a written quote or statement of work.
  • Platform: a web console for scheduled answer-engine monitoring, currently in early access. Access is granted per agreement; features may change, be added, or be removed while in early access.

Some announced capabilities, including full white-label report delivery, are coming soon and are not part of the service until we release them. An announcement is not a commitment to a release date or a final feature shape.

Early access

The platform is under active development. While in early access we may change interfaces, limits, and features, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We will communicate material changes to active customers.

Platform credentials

If we issue you credentials for the platform: keep them confidential; use them only for your own or your clients' engagements as agreed; do not resell or redistribute raw answer records outside the scope of your agreement; and respect the usage limits that apply to your plan. We may suspend credentials that are abused, compromised, or used outside these terms.

Scheduled monitoring

Monitoring runs on the schedule set in your agreement, from weekly down to 15-minute intervals. Each run is stored in history so results can be compared against your own past runs. Changes are flagged only when they move beyond sampling noise. Scheduled runs consume usage under your plan whether or not the results change.

What we do not guarantee

AI answer engines change their answers over time and across samples. We report what engines said in a defined sampling window, with evidence you can open. We do not guarantee that any engine will mention, cite, or recommend your brand, and we do not guarantee business outcomes.

Our reports and platform data describe observations from specific sampling windows. They are not predictions of future engine behavior, and identical prompts can return different answers between runs.

Payment and billing

Paid engagements are priced in a written quote before work starts. The free audit is free: no card, no account, no obligation. We may decline or scope any request at our discretion.

Online payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement from Jincove LLC (descriptor "JINCOVE").

  • One-time services (for example an Evidence Sprint) are billed once, up front, at the price agreed before you pay.
  • Subscriptions (for example Monitoring) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. The billing cycle, plan, and price are shown at checkout before you pay. Scheduled runs consume usage under your plan whether or not the results change.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Subscriptions: cancel any time by emailing gan@jincove.com or through the billing portal once available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then, no further charges are made, and already-billed periods are not refunded pro rata.
  • One-time services: if you cancel before we begin work, we refund the payment in full. Once work has started, we refund the unworked portion at our reasonable assessment; once the deliverable has been delivered, the payment is non-refundable.
  • Mistaken or duplicate charges are refunded in full - email us and we will fix it.
  • Disputes: contact gan@jincove.com first; we answer billing questions within 2 business days and resolve legitimate issues without you needing to involve your card issuer.

Other Jincove products

Jincove LLC also operates ReelWand (reelwand.com), an AI image creation platform, and cove1 (cove1.com), an enterprise AI agent platform. Each product has its own terms and pricing on its own site; these terms govern jincove.com and the GEO platform only. Payments for these products are processed by Jincove LLC, so charges from ReelWand or cove1 may also appear under the Jincove name.

Intellectual property

Reports and deliverables we prepare for you belong to you once paid for in full. Our methodology, tooling, software, and templates remain the property of Jincove, and we may reuse them across engagements. Content on jincove.com belongs to Jincove and may not be republished without permission.

Confidentiality

We keep non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement. Each client's platform data lives in an isolated workspace. Anonymized, non-identifying descriptions of our work may appear in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website, platform, and services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We work carefully and document our methods, but we cannot control third-party AI systems or their outputs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jincove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in the applicable agreement. You pay for work completed up to the termination date. We may suspend or refuse service for non-payment or misuse of the site, platform, or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site, platform, or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
