Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Jincove's software services. It applies to Jincove LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Jincove," "we," "us," or "our"), and to your use of the products offered at jincove.com. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to this policy. Please read it before you subscribe.
Scope
This policy covers paid, recurring subscriptions to Jincove's digital software services:
- ReelWand — an AI visual studio that turns a brief into on-brand images and video.
- FeedForge — an AI-UGC engine that generates short-form content and schedules and publishes it to your connected social accounts.
- AgentGEO — an AI answer-engine visibility tool (MCP + REST API) that queries AI answer engines and returns raw answers, citations, sources, and provider metadata.
All three products are software and services delivered electronically. Nothing is physically shipped. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Jincove does not collect or store full card numbers.
These products are currently offered as early access and are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to anyone under 16.
Billing cycle and auto-renewal
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the plan and billing period you select (for example, monthly or annual).
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method on file is charged for the next period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- We will tell you in advance if the price of your plan changes. Price changes take effect on your next renewal, and continuing your subscription after a change means you accept the new price.
- All fees are stated and charged in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply, which will be added where required.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation is easy:
- Self-serve: open your account settings on jincove.com and cancel the subscription there, where this option is available for your plan; or
- By email: contact us at gan@jincove.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to cancel. Please include your account details and the product(s) you want to cancel.
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the change takes effect before the next charge.
What happens when you cancel
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You will not be charged again after the cancellation takes effect (subject to any charge already in progress).
- Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When that period ends, the subscription will not renew and paid access will stop.
- Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of amounts already charged. See Refunds below.
Refunds
Because our products are digital services that are made available to you immediately and consumed on an ongoing basis, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except:
- where a refund is required by applicable law (see Your statutory rights); or
- where Jincove chooses to grant a refund or credit at its discretion.
In practice, this means:
- No automatic proration. If you cancel partway through a billing period, you keep access until the end of that paid period, but we do not provide prorated or partial-period refunds for the unused time unless the law requires it or we agree to one.
- Renewals. If you were charged for a new period because you did not cancel in time, contact us promptly at gan@jincove.com. We will review the request in good faith and, at our discretion, may issue a refund or credit — for example, where the renewed period was not used.
- Discretionary refunds may take the form of a refund to your original payment method or an account credit, at our option.
Free trials and early-access credits
- If you are offered a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. When a trial converts to a paid subscription, your first paid period begins and normal billing and this refund policy apply.
- If you receive early-access credits or promotional credits, they apply only to eligible charges, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Unused credits may expire when a promotion ends or when your subscription is cancelled.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email gan@jincove.com from the email address on your account and include:
- the name of the product(s) (ReelWand, FeedForge, and/or AgentGEO);
- the charge or invoice date and amount; and
- a brief reason for the request.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days, and to complete our review promptly after we have the information we need.
How approved refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider, and refunds are issued through Stripe.
- We cannot refund to a different card or account than the one originally charged.
- After we submit a refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on Stripe and your card issuer or bank.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at gan@jincove.com. We can usually resolve billing questions faster and more simply than a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead us to suspend or terminate the affected account while the dispute is reviewed. Nothing here limits your rights with your card issuer or under applicable law.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived. In particular:
- Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, and other jurisdictions may have non-waivable statutory rights, including certain rights to cancel or to a refund.
- Where those rights apply and conflict with this policy, the law prevails, and this policy does not reduce them.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us at gan@jincove.com and we will honor your statutory rights.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and forms part of the agreement described in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this section overrides the non-waivable statutory rights described under Your statutory rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date and, where the change is material, take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by email or through the service. Changes apply going forward and take effect when posted, or on any later date we state.
