Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Jincove's software services. It applies to Jincove LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Jincove," "we," "us," or "our"), and to your use of the products offered at jincove.com. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to this policy. Please read it before you subscribe.

Scope

This policy covers paid, recurring subscriptions to Jincove's digital software services:

All three products are software and services delivered electronically. Nothing is physically shipped. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Jincove does not collect or store full card numbers.

These products are currently offered as early access and are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to anyone under 16.

Billing cycle and auto-renewal

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation is easy:

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the change takes effect before the next charge.

What happens when you cancel

Refunds

Because our products are digital services that are made available to you immediately and consumed on an ongoing basis, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except:

In practice, this means:

Free trials and early-access credits

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email gan@jincove.com from the email address on your account and include:

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days, and to complete our review promptly after we have the information we need.

How approved refunds are paid

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at gan@jincove.com. We can usually resolve billing questions faster and more simply than a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead us to suspend or terminate the affected account while the dispute is reviewed. Nothing here limits your rights with your card issuer or under applicable law.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived. In particular:

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us at gan@jincove.com and we will honor your statutory rights.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and forms part of the agreement described in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this section overrides the non-waivable statutory rights described under Your statutory rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date and, where the change is material, take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by email or through the service. Changes apply going forward and take effect when posted, or on any later date we state.
